Luckiest bunch on Set…
We count ourself a lucky bunch on our latest set. First time (I work in the Industry over 30 years) had an opportunity to taste such a food. Not only the fact that wasn’t the usual pre-set menus and packages, but the dedication we were able to taste ourselves. Through the ten days was only quality ingredients that gone uncomprimised. On our biggest surprise many items was local and we even had sustainable lamb and meat from family farms.
